CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


FUSION: Cardio + Core + Yoga

About the Workout: A dynamic, fun full-body workout - interval style! You'll move through a variety of body-weight exercises, at your own pace and level of challenge. Our workout will finish with 20 minutes of relaxing yoga and centering. Expect good music and plenty of encouragement to keep you moving and motivated! 

Led by Necia Ornée from Pop-Up Fitness
All levels welcome. 
Bring a Yoga mat (if you have one) and water bottle, and dress in comfortable clothing.
Complimentary yoga mat available if needed.


GOOD MORNING YOGA

Say ‘Good Morning’ to your Saturday – and your body! This class will warm, relax, lengthen, and strengthen your body through core exercises, a slow flow, and stretching. Connect mind, body and spirit to re-center for your day. Adaptable for ALL levels.

GROUP COACHING/Q&A

A group coaching session for participants of 30 Days of Awesome with Necia & Jon, your coaches. Drop in to connect, learn, and share as we have a discussion about how the 30-day journey is going so far. We'll share tips and tricks related to eating, sleeping, drinking and moving goals and habits. Overall, this will be a time of encouragement and good vibes!
