About the Workout: A dynamic, fun full-body workout - interval style! You'll move through a variety of body-weight exercises, at your own pace and level of challenge. Our workout will finish with 20 minutes of relaxing yoga and centering. Expect good music and plenty of encouragement to keep you moving and motivated! 

Led by Necia Ornée from Pop-Up Fitness
All levels welcome. 
Bring a Yoga mat (if you have one) and water bottle, and dress in comfortable clothing.
Complimentary yoga mat available if needed.
Dates: Saturdays @ 9am and Tuesdays @ 7pm in January
