Good Morning Yoga
Say ‘Good Morning’ to your Saturday – and your body! This class will warm, relax, lengthen, and strengthen your body through core exercises, a slow flow, and stretching. Connect mind, body and spirit to re-center for your day. Adaptable for ALL levels.

All levels welcome.
Bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and water bottle, and dress in comfortable clothing.
Complimentary yoga mat available if needed.
